Firearms

Orders for firearms may be canceled without penalty if the cancellation request is received BEFORE the firearm has shipped and must be verified by a customer service representative. If the cancellation request is received AFTER the firearm has shipped, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs if you wish to proceed with the cancellation.

Accessories

Orders for accessories may be canceled without penalty if the cancellation request is received BEFORE the accessories have shipped and must be verified by a customer service representative. If the cancellation request is received AFTER the accessories have shipped, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs if you wish to proceed with the cancellation.

Returns

Firearms

FIREARMS CAN BE EXCHANGED ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER THE TRANSFER PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED. It is your also responsibility to thoroughly inspect the firearm while completing the transfer. If there is a problem with your firearm, contact us while completing the transfer. We will work with the store at no cost to you. After we have reviewed the defective firearm, you will have the option of receiving a replacement or receiving a refund for the defective firearm. We understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, by purchasing a firearm from us, you agree that upon discovering a defect in your transferred firearm you will work with the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with their warranty policy).

Defective items that are not firearms or ammunition may be returned within 30 days of receipt at no cost to you. Please call +1-888-274-1349 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and begin the return process. A return shipping label will be provided to you at no cost. You will have the option of receiving a replacement item or receiving a refund for the defective item.

Non-defective Accessories

Non-defective items that are not firearms or ammunition may be returned within 30 days of receipt, however, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in 100% original condition with all labels, papers, and packaging materials intact. Please call +1-888-274-1349 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and begin the return process.
